How long does delivery take?

Our delivery period is 3-7 working days. All orders are dispatched by various Couriers as it is the sellers/vendors who arrange delivery of their arts products and we only create safe and reliable platform for the customer and the seller. Couriers will deliver to your door-step or you may arrange collection.

Where is my order delivered?

Your Order will be delivered to your doorstep, at the address you entered on Checkout or you may arrange to collection

How can I track my order?

We will send you your tracking number in 48-72 Working Hours after placing your order with a tracking link and tracking waybill number.

How Much Is Delivery Cost?

All orders displayed on the site include delivery fees.

Once the purchase price for the product has been paid by the customer to, the product will be delivered to the customer via courier were agreed upon by Mall Of South AfriKan Arts & Entertainment and according to the selection by the customer at checkout.

Products will be delivered to the customer nominated address on any Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 08h00 (8:00 am) and 17h00 (5:00 pm) and no more than 7 days after the purchase price for the product has been paid in full.

Couriers shall only make deliveries within the Republic of South Africa and shall make no deliveries outside the Republic of South Africa whatsoever unless pre-arranged with a director of Mall Of South AfriKan Arts.

Returns
1. Simply send us email stating your complaint/s. Provide the original order number of when you bought the product.
2. Pack the product in its original packaging, and into a shipping box or other packaging to protect the products during transit. Remember that if you are returning a product because you changed your mind, you must have the original product packaging – which must be intact and undamaged.
3. Our couriers will contact you within 1 to 3 business days after you have logged your return, to arrange the collection.
4. Once your returned product has been validated by the Mall Of South AfriKan Arts & Entertainment‟s quality team, you will be refunded within 7 working days.
NB: Digital downloads cannot be returned/exchanged.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment
